#createyourlight – Nikon inspires you to create your light in dark times.

Initiated by About and rolled out across Nikon Europe, #createyourlight is a campaign aiming to inspire and educate photographers in times of restriction and isolation. Every fortnight, new themes challenge aspirational and professional photographers alike to stay creative during these restrictions.

My Nikon Moment

What is your Nikon Moment?

It’s difficult to not get affected by an image – whether it’s happy or sad, romantic, dramatic or even hard to define. In order to celebrate and highlight the beauty in photography we’ve created the competition My Nikon Moment together with Nikon. Using different themes, each hosted by talented photographers inspiring and educating others, have made this a recurrent activation and one of our favourites – as it brings forward new talents and amazing images. Latest to date is with Ali Horne. Keep on shooting and don’t let anyone doubt your creativity.

ŠKODA Hockeyfonden

A CSR project aimed to helping kids experiencing the best sport there is.

ŠKODA has been the official main sponsor of the annual battle for the ice hockey world title since 1993, the longest main sponsorship in the history of sports world championships.

ŠKODA’s long lived interest in the sport takes many shapes, one of them being the CSR Project Hockeyfonden. About is responsible for gauging interest in the sport through strategy, content, social media and PR.

All year around, deliveries of hockey kits and match tickets, meet and greets with hockey players, various competitions and other activities are administered and communicated in order to inspire parents and kids to build and maintain an interest in the sport.

Postcode Lotteries Green Challenge

Spreading the word about one of the largest green entrepreneurial competitions in the world

Aiming for a greener planet should be on everyone’s mind in everyday decision making. However, some go the extra length and create businesses to make this happen.

The Postcode Lottery wants to acknowledge these green entrepreneurs and has therefore created The Postcode Lotteries Green Challenge, one of the largest green competitions in the world, that every year receives thousands of applicants dreaming of winning the grand prize of €500 000.

In 2019 we had Swedish and Norwegian entrepreneurs amongst the top 25 nominees, so we approached media in both Sweden and Norway to share the great news.

Swedish Algae Factory took home the first place, generated a second phase of media outreach. We salute everyone out there who works hard to make the planet a better place for all of us, keep it up!
